Mike Yim, MBA, is a cybersecurity leader and U.S. Army veteran with more than 15 years of experience aligning security programs with enterprise business strategy. At Costco Wholesale, he served as the Business Information Security Officer, advising executive leadership across eCommerce, Travel, and International operations. He led information security services for countless strategic initiatives, expanded core BISO program offerings, and helped drive the adoption of security policies. His leadership in enterprise risk management and governance initiatives contributed to a significant improvement in Costco's overall NIST CSF maturity.

Earlier in his career, he held multiple roles at Bank of America, where he consistently ranked among the top performers globally. His work spanned information security consulting, third-party risk management, and technology portfolio governance, where he delivered process improvements, resolved high-severity audit issues, and supported operational efficiency across the enterprise. A former Airborne Infantry Squad Leader in the U.S. Army, he led hundreds of combat missions in Iraq and contributed to disaster relief efforts during Hurricane Katrina. His leadership style blends mission-first discipline with a deep understanding of business and technology, shaped by his military background and refined through corporate experience. He holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler and is a CISSP-certified security professional.

Shital Sheth, MBA, is a digital-integration and business-management consultant who specializes in translating mission goals into secure, scalable technology solutions for government and enterprise clients. After completing his MBA at UNC Kenan-Flagler, he drove strategic consulting engagements at Deloitte and Huron Consulting Group, honing expertise in market analysis, solution delivery, and cross-functional management. He later launched and led a nationwide consulting service program for Align Technology, steering multi-disciplinary teams through full-lifecycle digital adoption, data-driven process optimization, and business optimization best practices.

With 10+ years of experience aligning business objectives with scalable solutions and robust execution, Shital excels at stakeholder engagement, risk governance, and performance measurement - equipping federal agencies to accelerate digital integration and achieve measurable value on complex IT support contracts.

Alex Pak is a seasoned software quality engineering leader known for architecting end-to-end test automation strategies that scale with enterprise needs. With a strong foundation in Java, Selenium, and modern CI/CD pipelines, he has consistently built and led high-impact QA teams across complex application ecosystems. His expertise spans UI and API automation, cloud-native environments, and tools like Playwright, Rest Assured, and Jenkins.

Alex has contributed to major initiatives in finance, healthcare, and government sectors—most recently guiding a QA team at Synchrony while designing a greenfield automation platform from the ground up. He brings a pragmatic, shift-left approach to quality, balancing speed, coverage, and maintainability to deliver reliable outcomes. Outside of tech, he manages a portfolio of investment properties and applies the same strategic mindset to his entrepreneurial ventures. Alex holds an MBA with a focus in Data Analytics from UNC Kenan-Flagler.

German Sidorenko is a senior backend engineer with extensive experience in Java and Kotlin, specializing in building scalable microservices with Spring Boot and PostgreSQL. Over the years, he has developed enterprise solutions for companies like Verint and QAD, with a strong focus on performance, maintainability, and clean architecture.

In addition to backend development, German has deep expertise in DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure, and container orchestration. He has successfully architected and implemented end-to-end IT solutions leveraging Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, and modern cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure. His work spans the full software delivery lifecycle - from system design to deployment and operations, ensuring resilient and future-ready systems.
